You have to click on that button and by typing whatever name you like, you have to create an email address and add a Google account. So after that you have to go to YouTube and now login with the one google account that you have created, that is to click on the option to sign in and then enter your email address and password. You have to put your email address and password, a new logo in front of you means a logo with the letters E, F, G, etc. will appear. You have to click on it and you will have an option to create a channel. If you are on the phone, you also can click on the create YouTube channel on it and then a new channel will be created with the name by which you logged in otherwise, if you like to change the name you like you can change it, then you can type in it and you will have a channel with your chosen/liked name.
